Thank you for shopping with Cranky Diesel Coffee Co. Below is our shipping policy to help set clear expectations around order processing and delivery.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay with your order.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Domestic and International Shipping

We currently ship to all domestic addresses in Canada.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Cranky Diesel Coffee Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Cranky Diesel Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@crankydieselcoffee.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
