Cranky Diesel Coffee Co. Store Credit Policy

We have a 30-day store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request store credit.

Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns on any items that can be eaten, drank, or otherwise consumed, we offer store credit only within 30 days of delivery for eligible requests.

Eligibility for store credit

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (including any tags, if applicable). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that are consumable (including coffee and any food or drink products) are not eligible to be returned. If you are not satisfied with a consumable item, contact us within 30 days and we will review the situation and may issue store credit at our discretion.

How to request store credit

If your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on next steps, including where to send your item if a return shipment is required for non-consumable merchandise. Items sent back to us without first requesting approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. When possible, include photos and your order number.

Exceptions and non-eligible items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Any consumable items (including coffee and any food or drink products)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order. If your store credit request is approved for an eligible item, we will issue store credit you can apply toward your next purchase.

Store credit details

If your request is approved, we will issue store credit (not a refund) for the approved amount. Store credit is delivered as a digital code or credit applied to your customer account, and it can be used toward future purchases at Cranky Diesel Coffee Co.

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and, if applicable, received and inspected the item.
